With myCOMPTEN you can:
- Pay rent (securely online, either one-time or recurring)
- Update your account information
- Access Tenant Insurance (sign-up, add-on, and monitor all policies)
- Submit maintenance requests and track their progress
- Send and receive messages with our staff
myCOMPTEN is available on all browsers and mobile devices so you can login anytime to view your account status and track maintenance requests or inquiries. Looking for a new apartment? This new tool makes our application process seamless! After you have toured one of our apartments, we will send you the digital application, which you can submit online. Once submitted, it will be filed in our safe and secure online portal for review. No need to travel back and forth to the building manager - upload your proof of income and other necessary legal documents within the myCOMPTEN program.
