Take Part in the Mississauga Waterfront Festival this June!

Visit Port Credit Memorial Park for 3 days of fun for the whole family, as the Mississauga Waterfront Festival kicks off on June 15th!

Never been to the festival? Don't worry, Compten Management has some great tips and info that will help you make the most of your weekend!

The gates open June 15th at 6pm. Hours of operation are as follows:

  • Friday (June 15) from 6pm to 11:30pm
  • Saturday (June 16) from 11am to 11:30pm
  • Sunday (June 17) from 11am to 6pm

As a friendly reminder, the festival will not allow glass bottles, open bottles, vehicles (including bikes, rollerblades, and skateboards), and only service animals are allowed into the park.

There's plenty of entertainment to enjoy, from live musicians and line dancing lessons, to jugglers, dance performances, and more! Kids can even get their picture taken with the pups from Paw Patrol or Drac and Mavis from Hotel Transylvania.

The ever-entertaining President's Choice SuperDogs are heading to the Mississauga Waterfront Festival for three shows on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons. There are lots of children's activities to keep the little ones busy, including a rock climbing wall, inflatables, pottery, face painting, and more!

If you experience line-ups or long wait times for your next activity, grab a bite to eat at one of the fabulous food vendors, visit the petting zoo, or take a break and enjoy a train ride around the park! The carnival games and rides are available from open to close, so don't forget to check them out too!

New to the festival this year is the Sci-tech Dome located within the Port Credit Arena. Pop in on Saturday or Sunday from 11am until 6pm and let your kids get technical with Lego Robotics, 3D printing, video games, and a giant virtual colouring wall.

Parking is available in designated lots along Lakeshore Road East, in the lot on Front Street South, and off Stavebank Road South at JJ Plaus Park. Check out the website for additional parking locations. Residents of our Elizabeth Tower can leave their car behind and walk to Memorial Park, just a few minutes away.

Don't miss Mississauga's best event of the year, head to the Waterfront Festival June 15th, 16th, and 17th!
